Uttarkhan Union is located in the village of Kanchakura. To come to the union, Uttarkhan Union Parishad is located beside the Kancharka Bazar by Dakkhinkhan Bazar through battery operated auto rickshaw or any other rickshaw from the airport to the east side of the Hajicamp.
